A fantastic display over Calgary, Alberta, Canada. These pictures were taken from 10pm-12:30am. The display started strong, then weakened a bit, then grew in strength later. Also saw pulsating auroras and some unsually circular arc patterns you normally see further north.

Pictures taken with a Sony F707 Digital Camera. It takes good shots, and has a special noise reduction system. Exposures 30 seconds, f2.0.

Temperature was about +0C.

You can be alerted for free an hour in advance of an Aurora Borealis occuring at your location with ADEC.
