A fantastic display on the outskirts of NW Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
Most of these pictures were taken at the SpyHill Aerodrome in NW Calgary.
This year is going to be a great year for Aurora. These were all taken with a tripod and long exposure (30 seconds) on a Pentax LX SLR Camera. Film: Fuji Pro NHG II ASA 800. 28mm lens, f2.8. Developing was push processed by one stop.

You can be alerted for free an hour in advance of an Aurora Borealis occuring at your location with ADEC.
